La Linea del Tempo at "Budrio Open Garages" Third Edition, Sunday 25 May 2025

Some of our volunteers enthusiastically participated in the event “Budrio Opens the Garages” third edition, organized by the association Amici dell’endotermico asd with the patronage of the Municipality of Budrio. The protagonists during the day were cars, motorcycles and tractors from every era, true jewels on wheels that tell the story of mechanics and design. We took this wonderful opportunity to exhibit some of our vintage military vehicles, which aroused curiosity and interest among visitors. In fact, these are special vehicles, more “essential” than classic civil vintage cars: for this we are doubly grateful to the organizers, who welcomed us with enthusiasm and gave us space in such a rich and varied context. It was also a wonderful opportunity to greet old and new friends united by a passion for engines! We leave you with some shots of the day. Among the images you will also find a gem: a page from the use and maintenance manual of one of our military vehicles. Since these were vehicles used during the Second World War, the manual even included instructions on how to render them unusable in case of risk of capture by the enemy. A detail that brings us directly to the historical context in which these vehicles operated, and that tells much more than what is seen at first glance.
